You authorize us to charge the payment method used at the time of purchase
Sales tax will be added where applicable
If we are unable to fulfill an item, the amount paid for that unavailable item will be refunded to the original payment method

6. Shipping & Delivery

Please review our full Shipping Policy for processing times, estimated delivery windows, and carrier information. Orders may be shipped directly from our fulfillment partners or suppliers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Shipping delays that fall within our stated delivery window are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

7. Returns & Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy before purchasing. Dazzling Beauty Solution does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, buyer's remorse, or personal preference.

Refunds are only issued when we are unable to fulfill your order, an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and meets our reporting requirements, or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law. No cash refunds will be issued — store credit will be applied where applicable.

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at gegepalacegroup@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist before the order enters fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
